Post New TOLL FREE Unlimited Tech Support and Training

A couple of years ago we implemented an industry first unlimited free telephone training, unlimited free telephone support policy for our VisualTour customers. For just the price of the telephone call, you have had access to not only top tier technical support, but also your own personal one-on-one VisualTour telephone trainer.

Many said we were crazy. They said that common sense would tell you that a company simply CAN'T offer UNLIMITED free training and support and only have the user pay for the cost of the call. However, not being ones to follow the crowd, we went ahead and implemented this unique support and training policy.

We have grown very steadily and rapidly over the past 2 years, and after careful evaluation and much consideration, we've decided to change this "free support and training for the price of a telephone call" policy. So..... Effective immediately, we will not only be offering the exact same unlimited free telephone support and training services, but WE WILL ALSO PAY FOR THE CALL! Our TOLL-FREE telephone number for sales, support and training is 800-873-0700.

Wait, you say... there must be a catch - how much extra is this going to cost us??? The simple answer is... NOTHING!

Our philosophy is simple. Better trained customers create more tours and they make less technical support calls. They're happier customers, and they tell their friends about their experience with VisualTour. You get more service at no increase in your costs, and we get more tours, less technical support calls and happier customers who give us more referral business. It's a true win-win situation for both of us.

We'll also be announcing another couple of very important customer service improvements in the next few weeks. We believe that we currently have one of the best reputations for superior customer service of any technology provider in the real estate industry, and we're striving to be even better. Sometimes being the best just isn't good enough!

Now go create a lot of tours.... we have a telephone bill to pay ;-)

We were notified today that our customers in Canada and Alaska can't get through on the new 800 number . We've just changed long distance carriers, and they failed to activate all of the areas they were supposed to. We have a call in to them now, and hopefully this will be resolved the first of next week.

We are supposed to have 800 service from AK, PR, HI, VI, and Canada. Hang in there.... we'll get it right sooner or later !
