Exclamation link on enhanced listings

Hoping that I might be able to find some answers here. I'm trying to link a tour to for an enhanced listing. I have resubmitted 3x, but each time I get the following email sent to me (with tour details x'd out):

VisualTour Customer #: xxxxx

Date / Time: 1/26/2007 10:27:39 PM ET
Tour #: xxxxxx
MLS #: xxxxxxx
Address: xxxxxxxxx
Order #: 0
Attempts: 1 returned the following error when attempting to link your tour:

Listing xxxxxxx is a Showcase Listing. Please contact us at 877-353-4749 or have the listing agent contact Customer Care at 800-878-4166 for assistance if further explanation is required.(4013)

I have no idea why it won't link. Had no problem linking my other tour since my brokerage ordered enhanced listings, in fact the spinning red house appeared automatically... Please send ideas!! Thanks

This type of linking problem is usually associated with an address that does not match the original address when an MLS number changes. Your best bet is to have your office's VisualTour administrator contact the VisualTour support team toll free at 800-873-0700 with the MLS number and tour number in question.
