Question copies of slideshows

I would like to know if there are any methods of making copies of the slide-shows. If that can be done, especially while keeping the voice and music features, then that looks like the best thing to use for many applications.

Default Yes, it CAN be done

We will probably move this post to the "I Need Help" section later, but since you asked it here, let me answer it here so you'll see the reply.

If you are asking specifically about the full screen slide show with transition effects between slides, then the answer is no, that would take too much disk space.

If you are asking if you can create a slide show and save it on a disk, then the answer is yes, you can save copies of the slide shows on disks or CD's. Any copies are shown in one of two different tour viewers.

If you make the disk or CD from the VisualTour software, it will include voice for each photo (if you recorded any) and music in the background (if you elect to have some). It will also include your agent photo on the left if you wish. It uses a different tour screen than the online tours, so there is nowhere for the banner.

If you prefer to save a copy of the tour that appears online (more attractive viewer, includes banner, includes overall narrative as opposed to voice for each slide, does not include music) then follow these steps.
1) View the tour online.
2) Click Share Tour in the lower right of the tour screen.
3) Choose the second of the two options (download).
4) Click Download Now to save the tour somewhere on your hard drive.
5) Copy it onto floppy disks or CD's.

If you want to make a CD and have it autorun, you'll need the following information. In step 4, name the file TOUR.EXE. Now, create a text file with the following lines in it.

Save that file with a name of AUTORUN.INF and include it on the CD in step 5.

Either way, you can save the tour for future use.
