Default Tours Missing on MLS

Has anyone else experienced their tour icon missing from the MLS? Our IDX link used to have a video camera type icon that could be clicked on for our listings, but for a week now it's been missing. Our IMRMLS is looking into it but had know immediate knowledge.
Our link is as follows....no Visual Tour link.

Hello Cheri,
According to the iMRMLS Linking guide, IMRMLS requires that a standard URL be used when linking to their services. When a URL such as the one supplied to link your VisualTour is used, the website you are linking to will normally supply the image that will represent that your property has a tour connected to it. As a general statement, questions about what link to use or how to modify it should be directed to VisualTour, while questions about how to actually perform the linking or delays in seeing the tour appear on your MLS should be directed to your MLS support department.

Feel free to contact our support department if you would like some help verifying the steps that were used to link your VisualTour to the iMRMLS. VisualTour support hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
