Default Linking to Wasatch Front Reginal MLS. (WFRMLS)

You can AUTOMATICALLY link your tours to the Wasatch Front Reginal MLS, This option will only appear if your address in the "My Profile" section of your account indicates that you live in Utah.

VisualTour offers the ease of auto linking to WFRMLS, so this memo is somewhat less necessary than in the past. We have left it online, however, since some agents still prefer to link manually.

To activate and utilize auto linking to Wasatch Front Reginal MLS. (WFRMLS), just follow these steps:

1. Log into your account, and from the My Account Screen, click Tour Distribution Setup.

2. Click the word "Setup" next to where it says Utah Real Estate.

3. Check the "Please automatically link my VisualTours to listings" box.

From that point on, when you create your tours, make sure that the box is checked next to Utah Real Estate in the "Free Links:" section of the tour info screen.

The auto-linking process runs at 3AM Eastern Time each morning.

----Manual Linking Instructions----
1. Log into your MLS account as normal.

2. Select "Residential" from the drop down menu next to "Inventory Management" and click the "Go" button.

3. Locate the listing you want to link your VisualTour to.

4. Under "Maintenance Links:", Click "[Tour]".

5. Select "Residential" from the drop down menu next to "Select Property Type". Type your listing number in the field under "Existing Listing Number" and click the "Ok" button.

6. Select "VisualTour" from the drop down menu next to "Vendor" and click the "Save Settings" button.

Questions regarding these procedures should be directed toward either the support department at VisualTour (800-873-0700 or or WFR technical support department (801-676-5400 or 800-236-1462) depending on the nature of the inquiry. As a general statement, questions about what link to use or how to modify it should be directed to VisualTour, while questions about how to actually perform the linking or delays in seeing the tour appear on your MLS should be directed to WFR technical support.

VisualTour support hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
