Wink How to: Add the VisualTour Inventory application to Facebook "Pages".

Effective November 3rd, 2010 Facebook made changes that removed the VisualTours tab (and all application tabs) from personal profile pages. Personal and/or business "Fan" pages can still have application tabs. The following instructions will guide you on how to make a personal and/or business "Fan" page and how to add the VisualTour application tab to them.

How to make a Facebook Personal and/or Business page.

1. *Important* Please log into your Facebook account before following these instructions or you will not be able to add the VisualTour Inventory application to your Personal and/or Business page.

2. Under “Create a Page” select the button that best describes the type of page you’re creating. Local Business or Place for authorized company use. Artist, Band or Public Figure for personal use.

Artist, Band or Public Figure:
a. Click the drop down menu for "Choose a category" and select from the available category options. (Business Person or Public Figure suggested)

b. Enter the title of your Facebook page in the “Name” field.

c. Place a checkmark in the box to the left of "I agree to the Facebook Pages Terms" and click the blue “Get Started” button.

d. Type in a brief description, add your website, Choose your unique Facebook URL and click Save info.

e. Upload a profile photo.

f. Skip Reach More People for now.

Congratulations, your Facebook page is now created.
