Talking Yes, it can be done.

If a tour has been online for fewer than 4 weeks, you can replace the voice online. Here are the steps.
  1. Open the VisualTour software, and tell the tour guide that you are uploading a tour to

  2. When you get to Step 2, which asks you to select the photos, choose only one photo and click Next.

  3. On step 3, record your voice, and click Next.

  4. When you reach step 4 of the tour guide, click Upload.

  5. Log into the website as normal.

  6. After you are logged in, it will appear as though you are being asked to type in a new tour title and information. At this point, click My Tours in the upper left.

  7. Now click the PHOTOS button next to whichever tour is getting a new voice.

  8. Click Add Photo(s) in the upper right.

  9. Choose the option to APPEND to the tour. This option will add (replace) the voice file and add the one photo you selected in the tour guide. Don't worry, we'll delete the extra photo at the end. Just click Next.

  10. Complete the upload as normal by either clicking Next or browsing for the TourMediaFile.vt and clicking Next.

  11. Once it is uploaded, return to My Tours and click the PHOTOS button.

  12. At the end of the photo list will be the new photo you added when the voice got uploaded. Just click DELETE next to the photo.
You are done. As you can see, it is several steps, but it is really quite easy once you give it a try.
