Post How can I re-record the voice of an online tour?

When a tour is uploaded, voice may be added to it as an overall narrative. While you always have the option to add or remove photos, edit text, rearrange the order of photos, and change color schemes and banners, the voice remains the one and only item you cannot later edit.

It is very important, therefore, that you listen to the voice recording not only before uploading the tour, but also immediately after the tour is uploaded. If you do not like the chosen words or perhaps you want to re-record the voice at a louder level, you must re-upload the tour.  In the process of re-uploading the tour, you are given the option to re-record the voice. Make sure, however, that you delete the original tour within 72 hours of the time you uploaded it so that your tour token is returned to you. If you do not delete the original tour within 72 hours of the time you posted it, the VisualTour.com site will not restore the token even if you do later delete the tour.

To Delete a Tour:

  1. Log into your account at VisualTour.com, and click the "My Tours" link.

  2. Click the DELETE button next to the tour you wish to delete.

  3. Since this action will permanently remove the tour and there is no way to get it back, a warning message pops up asking you to confirm that you wish to delete the tour.   Click OK to delete the tour.

  4. The list of tours will be refreshed and that tour will be gone.  If the tour was uploaded fewer than 72 hours ago, the top of the screen will show one more token remaining than it did previously.
