Default Linking to the CTI Navigator MLS system.

Linking to the CTI Navigator MLS system.

1. Open CTI Navigator.

2. Click Listings and choose Add/Modify Listings.

3. Click on Existing Listings.

4. Type in the MLS# of the listing you want to link your VisualTour to and click the OK button.

5. At the top of this page, click the H tab.

6. Click the Add/Edit Internet Links button.

7. In the Virtual tour field, the link you want to type in should look like this:

http://www.VisualTour.com/show.asp?sk=13&t=XXXXXX (Unbranded Pop-up Link)
or
http://www.VisualTour.com/shownp.asp?sk=13&t=XXXXXX (Unbranded Non Pop-up Link)

Per the Menu of Help and Tutorials for CTI Navigator: Virtual Tours added as part of the listing data must be un-branded. They should not identify a listing agent, office, brokerage, franchise, or non-MLS marketing service.

Please note: You will need to change the XXXXXX to the correct tour number. Each time you upload a tour, this tour number and URL are sent to you via email. The tour number is also located on your My Tours page at http://www.visualtour.com/account/tours.aspx under Tour#.

8. Click the Ok button.

9. Click the Finish button.

10. Please remember to click the Send button to update your listing.

Questions regarding these procedures should be directed toward either the support department at VisualTour (800-873-0700 or Email: Support@VisualTour.com) or Creative Technology (800-533-1031 or Email: Support@ctimls.com) depending on the nature of the inquiry. As a general statement, questions about what link to use or how to modify it should be directed to VisualTour, while questions about how to actually perform the linking or delays in seeing the tour appear on your MLS should be directed to Creative Technology's Tech Support.

VisualTour support hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
