Default Linking Error

I changed the MLS number and price on an existing tour. When attempting to resubmit to I got the following error message:

Address cannot be changed after distribution to has occurred.
Please contact us at 877-353-4749 or have the listing agent contact
Customer Care at 800-878-4166 for assistance if further explanation is

I checked and the tour does not appear. Please advise. Thanks.

Presumably, you changed the MLS number on the tour since you relisted the property on the MLS and it got a new number. When you relisted it, some (perhaps trivial) part of the address was typed differently than it had been before, so's automated system is thinking you are trying to change the tour to a different property. You have a showcase account at, but for agents who do not, wants to make sure those agents do not keep moving tours around to avoid fees.

When you get these kinds of errors, just forward as much information as you have (the error message, tour number, MLS number, etc.) to VisualTour's support staff at and they will fix the link manually. That task is now compete for this tour, which is now appearing on
